Today I encountered a problem when submitting a purchase request. I pressed the button at 00:47:00, but the transaction order was only issued at 20:32:00, a delay of over 20 minutes. The official announcement said that the quota was exhausted within 3 minutes, so does my order, which was confirmed after a delay of more than 20 minutes, count as a successful allocation? The page displayed vague information, making it impossible to tell whether I actually succeeded in purchasing.

Even more absurd is that the system initially showed the quota as sold out, but after a while, new quotas appeared again. This operational logic is a bit strange.

Finally, there is also an issue with point deductions that bothers me. Normally, if my order missed the original quota due to delay, deducting points would be unreasonable. This delay was clearly caused by a product-side problem, and users shouldn't have to pay for it. Compared to other platforms, their purchase confirmation responses are almost instant, while ours are delayed so long. If points are deducted because of this, the logic is somewhat unreasonable.
