Regarding Bitcoin's performance this year, Anthony Scaramucci, head of alternative asset management firm SkyBridge Capital, shared his views at the Davos Forum.

Although Bitcoin has fallen significantly from its peak last year, he believes this is not a matter of the wrong direction, but rather timing. The fundamentals haven't changed; the market is just adjusting. His goal is to see Bitcoin rebound to the $125,000 to $150,000 range, but frankly, Bitcoin's ups and downs follow their own rhythm.

Overall, Scaramucci is quite optimistic about this year—not blindly optimistic, but cautiously optimistic. Notably, he previously predicted that Bitcoin would surge to $170,000 by the end of 2025. In his view, he still has confidence in Bitcoin's long-term trend.

$125,000 - $150,000? Then just wait a bit longer, Bitcoin isn't in a rush anyway.

Speaking of Scaramucci, this guy is starting to brag again, $170,000? Why not say $200,000? Just hold on, I’ve already given up long ago. Adjust? To put it nicely, it’s an adjustment; to be harsh, it’s a cut. I’ve heard the same thing many times: that the fundamentals haven’t changed, and every time they say the same. Wait, does he really believe in it, or is he just hyping his own fund? It’s 2025 now, and we’re still talking about $125,000 to $150,000. Shouldn’t we aim higher? I just want to know when I can recover my losses; nothing else matters. Instead of listening to his nonsense, it’s better to hold onto what we have, since it’s already fallen anyway. Scaramucci’s recent comments are just reassuring retail investors, it’s so obvious. As long as he dares to say $170,000, I still have hope.

Haha, it's just another big shot's optimistic tone. Just listen and don't take it seriously. --- 12.5K to 150K? Uh... let's wait and see if we can hold the current price first. --- Timing issue? It's just being trapped, who wouldn't say that? --- $170,000? I think he's trying to call the shots. Don't get caught off guard, brothers. --- Cautiously optimistic means wanting to rise but fearing a fall. Just listen to this kind of prediction. --- The fundamentals haven't changed? That same rhetoric from last year is still being used this year. Quite skilled. --- Every time a big shot speaks, it's the same rhythm: when rising, they hype to 170K; when falling, they call for adjustments. --- Anyway, I don't believe it anymore. Bitcoin has its own rhythm, and our wallets should have their own choices.

$125,000 - $150,000? Scaramucci still has to wait, the adjustments are far from over.
