The current rally of FHE has already come to an end. The decline has now reached a 1x drop, and it is unlikely to show any improvement in the short term. However, based on the unlocking cycle, the next wave of unlocking is expected around February, and there may be another surge of crazy gains then. The market works this way, with cycles repeating. The fluctuations before and after unlocking are always the biggest test of patience.

According to on-chain data, the fund flow of this FHE wave has become quite interesting. The period before and after the February unlock is usually the golden window for big players to offload. I had long suspected that this would happen. Obvious unlock traps and typical fund correlation patterns.
