Asset tokenization, payment innovation, AI agents — the three major themes of the future of the crypto industry

Abstract generation in progress

【Crypto World】Recently at the Davos Forum, the founder of a leading exchange shared his views on the future of the crypto industry. He believes that the next three areas to watch are asset tokenization, payment system innovation, and AI agent applications.

Asset tokenization, simply put, is about bringing real-world assets onto the blockchain. Whether it’s real estate, bonds, or art, they can all be more efficiently circulated through blockchain technology. Regarding payments, Web3 was originally designed to reconstruct value transfer, and this concept is becoming increasingly mature. The most interesting development is AI agents—smart contracts combined with AI could open up entirely new application scenarios.

The intersection of these three fields might become the next wave of innovation. From an investment perspective, these are also directions worth monitoring.

Asset tokenization sounds good, but how many can actually be implemented? It's still the same old trick of copying and cutting the leek. AI agents are full of hype; whether they can make money is another story. Payment innovation has been talked about all along; when will we actually be able to use it?

Asset tokenization still depends on someone actually taking the plunge; otherwise, it's all just talk on paper. AI agents sound good, but the current hype is too intense; it's better to be cautious. Payment innovation is the most reliable area; if Web3 is to truly break out, it has to start with payments. Tokenized real estate? I'd rather see who dares to buy with real money. All three directions are good, but whether they can actually make money depends on execution—don't just listen to the stories.

On-chain data shows that this guy is once again telling stories; asset tokenization sounds sexy but is a compliance nightmare. Monitoring indicates that the real breakthrough still lies at the intersection of AI+contracts, worth tracking the latest deployments late into the night. As expected, it's the same old story; five years ago, we were already calling for payment innovation. From the code, it seems that the AI agent direction is truly interesting; the other two are just packaging concepts. The interesting part is—what they avoid talking about are the projects that have already failed; on-chain wreckage will tell the truth. Asset tokenization? Ha, let's see how many will vanish due to regulatory crackdowns. Based on past experience, speeches at such forums are often preludes to harvesting profits; monitoring contract deployment times is necessary. It's worth noting that the intersection of these three directions essentially comes down to—who can survive until the end of next year.

Asset tokenization sounds great, but how do we get past the regulatory hurdles in reality? AI agents are indeed interesting, but I don't know who will be the ones to pay... Payment innovation? We've been hearing this last year, still waiting for it to be implemented. The intersection of these three directions... might actually be cross-sector risks. RWA (Real-World Asset) projects are already testing the waters; choosing the wrong one could mean losing everything. AI + smart contracts combo sounds like the next bubble ready to burst. Tokenizing real estate? Think first about what to do if the property depreciates. How much of what Davos says is backed by real money? Payment innovation sounds good, but in the crypto world, which payment methods are experts in? Yet, no one uses them. I just want to know, who will solve the tax issues related to asset tokenization?

Asset tokenization sounds good, but can on-chain real estate truly solve liquidity issues? It still depends on how regulations are handled. --- I believe in the AI agent sector. Automated execution by smart contracts can indeed simplify many processes. --- Another Davos and big influencers, these kinds of arguments are all after-the-fact armchair strategies. The real opportunity has long been hidden. --- Payment innovation? We haven't even laid the basic infrastructure yet, thinking a bit too far ahead. --- Haha, betting on three directions at the same time is equivalent to having no direction. Whatever this expert says, he's right. --- I agree with RWA, but the number of projects that can be successfully developed is pitiful. It's more stable to go directly with AI concept coins. --- Basically, I just want to say that my exchange plans to expand into these three areas. The implication is that other tracks should be cooling down.
