【Blockchain Rhythm】MilkyWay has completed the final protocol revenue distribution to the community. This distribution involved a total of 92,708 USDC, derived from fees collected through the project via TIA, INIT, and BABY tokens.

The recipients include three categories of participants: MILK token holders, MILK stakers, and LPs providing liquidity to the ecosystem. The eligibility for distribution was determined based on the project’s final protocol snapshot, with a minimum threshold of 1 USDC—addresses below this amount are not eligible for this round of distribution.

Meanwhile, MilkyWay announced that it is gradually ceasing operations and will ultimately shut down the platform permanently. The project team stated that the market demand for decentralized finance and user adoption levels fell significantly short of expectations. Additionally, the late launch of the WayCard product failed to alleviate operational funding pressures in time, ultimately leading to the project’s inability to continue. This revenue distribution can be seen as MilkyWay’s final reward to community participants.
