Think about what you want to be, and now act like that identity. 4. The root of anxiety and procrastination is that you try to live in a time that doesn't exist. In the past, I always fantasized about "waiting until I have money" and "waiting until I am ready" before starting life, but the days stagnated in waiting. Later I realized that time does not exist, only the creation of the present is real. Now I no longer hope for the future, but live every moment as if the future has come, and my life has become productive and fulfilling. "Instant gratification" is not really living in the present, it is a pessimistic escape that gives up creation.
