Recently, Mingxin Xuteng announced that the company has revised its 2025 annual performance forecast, expecting net profit attributable to the parent company’s owners to be between 12 million and 18 million yuan, turning losses into profits. The same period last year saw a loss of 172 million yuan; net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between -155 million and -115 million yuan. The previous forecast was a net loss of 130 million to 90 million yuan.

The main reason for the performance revision is that the company recently received the second-instance judgment in a contract dispute, supporting claims for payment and overdue interest losses. As of the announcement date, the company has received 190 million yuan, which will have a significant positive impact on the 2025 profits. Final figures are subject to the audited annual report.

Rui Cai Jing notes that the company’s chairman, Zhuang Junxin, has a background as a factory technician.

Zhuang Junxin, born in 1969, is 57 years old with a master’s degree. Early in his career, he worked as a technician and engineer at Zhejiang Pingyang Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant. From July 1995 to January 1999, he served as the legal representative and factory director of Zhejiang Pingyang Mingxin Leather Factory. In March 2016, he assumed the roles of chairman and general manager of Mingxin Xuteng.

According to Dongfang Caifu, from 2020 to 2024, Zhuang Junxin’s compensation was 1.568 million, 740,000, 728,700, 974,100, and 996,800 yuan, respectively.
