Hubei Tongcheng Rural Commercial Bank fined 415,000 yuan for multiple violations
Blue Whale News, February 26 — Recently, the People’s Bank of China Xianning Branch issued an administrative penalty decision against Hubei Tongcheng Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.
The penalty notice shows that the bank engaged in the following illegal and violations: violating financial statistical management regulations, violating account management regulations, occupying fiscal deposits or funds, providing services or conducting transactions with unidentified clients, and violating financial technology management regulations.
In response to these violations, the People’s Bank of China Xianning Branch issued a warning and fined 415,000 yuan.
