Mars Finance reports that Arkham analyst Emmett Gallic has corrected his previous statement regarding Trump Media & Technology Group selling 2,000 BTC. He stated that the related tweet has been deleted and clarified that the company did not sell Bitcoin but instead used 2,000 BTC as collateral delivered to the counterparty. Gallic said that since the relevant Bitcoin is no longer controlled by the company, it has been removed from the balance sheet. According to the arrangement, the counterparty can decide whether to re-pledge or otherwise dispose of the collateral, including selling.
