Beijing Business Daily (Reporter Meng Fanxia, Zhou Yili) — On March 6, Chengdu Bank announced that its convertible bonds will be redeemed early and delisted on February 6, 2025. The bank’s total shares will increase to 4.238 billion. Previously, the bank had submitted an application to the Sichuan Financial Regulatory Bureau for a change in registered capital. Recently, the bank received the “Reply from Sichuan Financial Regulatory Bureau on Chengdu Bank’s Change of Registered Capital,” approving the increase of the company’s registered capital from 3.736 billion RMB to 4.238 billion RMB. Chengdu Bank stated that it will handle the registration change procedures for the increase in registered capital according to relevant regulations.
