[Red Envelope] 3.6 Review: Shun Na's one-word seal! Today's continuous limit-up hides a secret!

First praise, then watch; daily income exceeds ten thousand. Keep it up with tips and rewards, shining all the way! [Taogu Ba]

Today’s Operations:

Trading Account:

Sold: Intelligent Automation, sold after a spike, stop profit at 3%.
Bought: Zhuolang Intelligent, near the limit-up price.

Trend Account:

Open Position: Chuanrun Co., low buy underwater, Xiao Hong
Holdings: Chuanrun Co., He Dun Intelligent Control, Shenzhou Information, Zhongsheng Medical

Review of Bidding:

  1. Expectations for the Two Sessions are still catalyzing; today, commercial aerospace and brain interfaces are rolled into the reflux expectation.
  2. Regarding oil and gas, based on today’s fermentation level, major funds have already moved out yesterday. External news fermentation has little movement.
  3. MicroLED panels fermented yesterday are being liquidated today—one-day trading.
  4. Shun Na today met expectations in bidding, leading the sector to continue fermenting; currently, it’s a defensive risk-avoidance main line. Computing power was a late surge today, surpassing chemical sector heat.

**

Shun Na still not included; usual practice is to withdraw if unable to enter in the afternoon opening. Smart Control’s opening today did not meet expectations; bidding had few orders. Zhuolang opened quite well. Smart was stuck. Smart’s sell order was placed at 15 minutes. Around 19 minutes, saw Zhuolang also withdrawing, so I withdrew Smart’s sell order. At this point, trading became more game-like. Guoguang needs no mention. Sector bidding still okay, but after 20 minutes, it’s no good; all ideas of profit-taking disappeared.

**

Zhaochi had the largest order in bidding, followed by others. By 20 minutes, most had withdrawn. No need to think further; bidding fulfillment desires are high. Don’t even mention the opening. Zhuolang’s orders were better than Smart’s. Yesterday, it was stuck; today’s bidding was within expectations. But Smart remains resilient, not breaking immediately. It also surged at open, took some profit, then exited. Samsung Medical’s bidding also exceeded expectations, thinking it was guiding brain interfaces, but yesterday’s Rock Mountain and Panda showed no movement. Today, it’s just the power grid. Logically, it’s pushing Shun Na.

Morning alert to watch Chuanrun, caught at 0 axis. After opening, it dropped sharply. When it turned, I entered B. Look at the 5-day moving average. Meili Cloud hit the limit-up, no action all day. Gained momentum at the end of the session, probably driven by quantitative trading to gamble on weekend news. Small position in Chuanrun, testing the 5-day line with no issues.

Yesterday, Jinfen Tongche’s Smart Control was also mentioned. I plan to exit Smart. Zhuolang hit the limit-up, it’s no longer valuable.

I held Zhuolang overnight last night; no issues in bidding. It cut Smart’s order. I withdrew before 9:20 to reduce risk. Reached 6 points profit by 9:25, which was within expectations. So, at open, just confirm on the board.

Market Review:

1: Core Market Analysis:
Today, A-shares opened low and rose high, closing in the green across the board, with the ChiNext leading. The market showed extreme divergence: “weighting suppresses, small and medium caps explode, cyclicals retreat.” Funds shifted from high-level cyclicals like oil, metals, precious metals to policy + industry-driven sectors like smart grids, AI computing, new drugs, agriculture. Profitability concentrated in low-position policy tracks and tech growth, with MicroLED/LED significantly correcting. Chemical sector remains relatively persistent. Overall, fermentation was widespread. We can treat this as a trend. In the late session, computing power surged, with various stocks pulling the tail, surpassing chemical sector in strength.

2: Sector Core Analysis:

1: Smart Grid / Ultra High Voltage
Fermentation Logic: “14th Five-Year Plan” for grid investment of 4 trillion yuan, with planned investments of 720-780 billion by 2026. Ultra high voltage / smart grid / new energy grid integration are core directions, with high order certainty. AI computing power explosion drives grid upgrades, enhancing stability and supply efficiency, driven by policies and industry.
Operation Strategy: Leading stocks for sentiment, mid-tier for trend, low-position for rotation, mainly low buybacks, avoid chasing highs.

2: AI Computing / Optical Modules (CPO)
Fermentation Logic: Essential demand: GPT-5.4, DeepSeek V4 deployment, global computing demand skyrocketing. Optical modules / CPO are core infrastructure. “AI+” initiatives + computing-electrical synergy, domestic substitution accelerating, order expectations rising.
Operation Strategy: Long-term industry trend + short-term policy catalysts, low buy on leaders, breakout stocks, avoid chasing late, do swing trading in volatile markets.

3: Agriculture / Seed Industry / Breeding
Fermentation Logic: Geopolitical conflicts + global trade disruptions, rising international grain prices, benefiting seed and planting sectors. Food security + seed industry revitalization policies continue to be implemented, with solid fundamentals.
Operation Strategy: Low buy-in at low levels, hold with trend, as a hedge in tech main line.

Continued Sector Play:
3-board: Shun Na Co., power grid, nuclear power, computing power—showed leadership momentum today, with support from others.
3-board: Han Lan Co., power supply, nuclear power—following Shun Na’s trend, strong enough to push to 4 boards, or switch to other stocks if not.
3-board: Zhuolang Intelligent, AI, robotics—positioned in intelligent control, reasonable to switch. Exploded at the end of the day. Will it switch to Shun Na on Monday?
3-board: Wangli Consumer, smart home—bidding plus orders, a consistent pattern. Each time a ladder of three appears, it’s a sign.
2-board: Meili Cloud, computing power—fermented at the end of the day, depends if you buy on Monday.
2-board: Huashu Holdings, panel—hard to say if it’s a “live mouth.”
First board: Samsung Medical, power grid, pharmaceuticals—bidding with a one-word order, reinforcing Shun Na’s position, plus innovation drugs.
Others are not promising; no further comments.

My Position Control:

  1. When the main trend is clear, I buy at most 2-3 stocks in the same sector, with a maximum of 3. I leave 1-2 layers for adding positions.
  2. During normal market conditions, I reduce to 2 stocks max, with half position for adding.
  3. In chaotic markets with many expected news, I split positions, e.g., if I like 4 fast-moving sectors, I do 2-2-2-2, leaving 2 for adding. This is within my understanding for hedging, with clear view of the market. Some are for short-term profit, some for defense. Not recommended for beginners—just observe or hold light positions.

My Positioning Mode:

  1. Good markets: about 8 layers, with 2 for flexibility. Average markets: reduce to half. Bad markets: only 2 layers.
  2. For stocks I believe can trend, I open around 7 layers, gradually lock profits down to 3-4 layers. For rebound stocks, I usually open 4 layers, no further adding, rolling profits down to 2 layers.
  3. Hitting boards: I open big, usually full position for arbitrage. Not recommended for those unfamiliar. I research thoroughly before trading. Beginners should start with one layer, then add gradually as they learn. (My full position assumes my account size isn’t large.)

Tomorrow’s Strategy (no detailed review, see morning thoughts):

Expected in the next Y:
Samsung Medical

Alternative: In weekend posts.

Low buy expectations: (In morning thoughts and intraday)
