Gelonghui, March 6 — Poly Property Group (00119.HK) announced that by February 2026, the group achieved approximately RMB 2.2 billion in contracted sales, with a contracted sales area of about 70,000 square meters and an average contracted sales price of approximately RMB 31,775 per square meter.

As of February 2026, the group’s total contracted sales amount reached approximately RMB 6 billion, with a total contracted sales area of about 221,000 square meters and an average contracted sales price of approximately RMB 26,992 per square meter.
