BlackRock( has reduced the staking fee for its spot Ethereum ETF from 18% to 10%, making it highly competitive. Meanwhile, institutional staking demand has driven the total ETH staked to a record 37 million coins. Despite strong demand, Culper Research warns that recent network upgrades (such as Fusaka) have lowered validator rewards, which could reduce the attractiveness of staking and negatively impact ETH's value.
