Pass Token: The holding subsidiary signs a daily operation contract worth 3.377 billion yuan
Gelonghui March 6 — Tongxingbao (301339.SZ) announced that its controlling subsidiary, Jiangsu Yuanchuang Transportation Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., has signed the “Peixian to Fengxian Expressway Jixu Expressway to Sulu Province Border Section Construction and Equity Investment Project PFGS-SGGQ Bid Section Contract Agreement” with a consortium. The contract amount is 3.377 billion RMB (including tax). Yuanchuang Engineering will undertake part of the electromechanical engineering work, valued at approximately 84.7751 million RMB (including tax). This contract is a routine operational contract and is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s future financial position and operating results.
