The main market trend is approaching—go long and buy more!
Monday’s market opened lower and continued to decline, which I predicted in my pre-market article—that the first half of this week would be weak.
The Middle East conflict will continue, but its impact on our A-shares has gradually diminished.
Today, the global markets are chaotic, but although our A-shares can’t be completely immune, they are performing relatively strongly with very strong support capacity. Trading volume increased by 430 billion today, and judging by the funds, most of this is from GJD (large institutional investors) supporting the market.
The National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (Two Sessions) will close on March 12. Historically, after the Two Sessions, the market tends to rise in the following week, and within a month, it usually consolidates upward. This indicates that the main trend is about to arrive. I believe the market will likely start to strengthen from Wednesday, March 11.
Storage chips: Market funds still recognize the fundamentals (performance).
AI (raising lobsters): Similar to AI before the New Year, it has the nature of repeated scams, so I won’t participate for now. Many people have asked me what I like most in AI, but I think most are not very promising. Only Tuowei Information is worth considering; essentially, Tuowei is making an acquisition, but due to performance reasons, I haven’t participated. Currently, Hongbo Co., Ltd. is also worth mentioning, but I won’t invest in this sector.
Smart grids and computing power collaboration: The leader in computing power collaboration is GCL System Integration. These two sectors can be considered together. The front-runner remains power grid equipment. The end goal of AI is electricity, which requires power grid support. Computing power collaboration still heavily depends on electricity and power grids. Therefore, I continue to favor power grid equipment. Most power grid equipment manufacturers are operating at full capacity, and transformer orders for most transformer manufacturers are booked until the end of 2027. So, it’s good to selectively buy quality stocks in the power grid sector on dips.
Humanoid robots: The China Embodied Intelligence Robot Industry Conference and Exhibition will open at the Hangzhou International Expo Center on March 10, 2026. From the popularity of humanoid robots during the Spring Festival Gala to the decline after the market opened post-holiday, the humanoid robot sector is likely to rotate again, but it’s unlikely to become a main trend. So, trading requires more active moves.
Commercial aerospace: The positions in the Western sector are not heavy; just wait for good news!
