According to the Xining Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Committee: Li Jinliang, former Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Management Committee of the Biological Technology Industrial Park in Xining Economic and Technological Development Zone, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the Xining Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Committee.
