State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council: Accelerate the establishment of an independent and reliable, skilled and stable, professional and standardized workforce of building central enterprises' own industry workers

People’s Financial News, March 20 — On March 18, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held a symposium in Beijing to deepen industrial reform and promote the construction of a self-owned workforce among central construction enterprises. The meeting emphasized the need to select the right focus, concentrate on key positions, major projects, and emerging fields, and accelerate the establishment of an independent, reliable, skilled, stable, and professional self-owned industrial workforce. It also called for strengthening ideological guidance, innovating in selection, training, management, and utilization, building platforms for achievement, and improving incentive mechanisms. Party committees (leading groups) of relevant enterprises should strengthen organizational leadership, clarify responsibilities, coordinate efforts, and implement more comprehensive and systematic measures to actively and steadily promote the effective implementation of work.
