Asian Market Sentiment Fragile; Japanese Stock Market May Decline After Holiday

Asian stock markets opened on Monday with another sharp decline, with Japan’s stock market potentially experiencing the largest drop this week. Since Japan’s stock market was closed last Friday for a holiday, while other regions’ markets generally declined. Over the weekend, there was no substantial easing of the US-Iran conflict, so Tokyo’s stock market may follow the global economic trend downward, further intensifying the overall panic in Asian markets. The Nikkei 225 futures traded on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange indicate that the spot index could fall more than 4% compared to Thursday’s closing price.
