Gelonghui, March 20 — Greentown Services (02869.HK) announced that for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, the total revenue was RMB 19.164 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 7.1% compared to RMB 17.894 billion in 2024. The company’s profit attributable to equity shareholders was RMB 880 million, a 29.9% increase from RMB 677 million in 2024 for continuing operations, and a 12.1% increase from RMB 785 million in 2024 including discontinued operations. This growth is mainly due to the expansion of the group’s business scale and improved operational efficiency. The board recommends a final dividend of HKD 0.16 per share and a special dividend of HKD 0.08 per share for 2025 (2024: final dividend HKD 0.13 per share and special dividend HKD 0.07 per share), with an overall payout ratio of 75% (including a 50% final dividend payout ratio and 25% special dividend payout ratio).
