According to Xinhua News Agency, Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu stated on the 22nd that Israel will pursue leaders of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

When asked by the media in the southern Israeli city of Arad, which was attacked by Iranian missiles earlier that day, Netanyahu said Israel “is actively pursuing the leaders of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, targeting their facilities and economic assets.”

Netanyahu stated that Israel has set two “clear objectives”: to “completely destroy” Iran’s nuclear and missile programs, and to create conditions for regime change in Iran.

Over the past three weeks, several commanders of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps have been assassinated.

According to Xinhua News Agency, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Peskov said on the 22nd that the assassination of Iranian leaders “has already had and will continue to have extremely serious consequences.”

Peskov told Zharubin, host of the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, that the ultimate goal of the current war against Iran is to overthrow the Iranian regime, “but each such action further unites the Iranian people in support of their leadership.”

On February 28, the United States and Israel launched a large-scale military operation against Iran, during which Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei and several senior military and political officials were killed in airstrikes.

Israeli Defense Minister Katz said that Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Larijani and the commander of Iran’s “Mobilization of the Poor Organization,” Ghulam-Reza Suleimani, were killed in Israeli military strikes on the 16th, and Iran’s Intelligence Minister Ismail Hatikab was killed in an attack on the 17th. Katz added on the 18th that the Israeli military has been authorized to assassinate any Iranian officials without prior approval.
