In February, due to the closure of wholesale markets during the Spring Festival, the transaction volume of various agricultural and sideline products in Beijing decreased regularly. Vegetable prices slightly increased

In February, influenced by the Spring Festival holiday effect, vegetable prices showed a trend of rising first and then falling, with wholesale prices at their second-lowest in five years. Before the festival, supply of winter storage vegetables and southern vegetables was tight, and holiday consumption demand increased, pushing vegetable prices slightly higher. After the festival, as vegetables from surrounding areas like Hebei flooded the market, supply quickly recovered, and prices generally stabilized or declined.
