Consumer's Bubble Mart blind box purchased in 2019 wasn't shipped until 2026 due to a delayed delivery caused by not leaving an address. Bubble Mart responded by stating that the customer provided an address during subsequent operations, which triggered automatic shipment by the system.

Sina Technology News, March 20th — Recently, some consumers reported that they purchased a Bubble Mart Hello Kitty 45th Anniversary Series blind box on September 29, 2019, but it was only shipped on March 16, 2026, leading them to believe there was a mistake.

In response, Bubble Mart told Sina Technology, “This order was placed through the capsule machine in September 2019. Because the customer did not leave a default address at that time, the order could not be shipped promptly. We reserved the order for the customer. On March 9, 2026, the customer logged back into the capsule machine mini-program, purchased other items, and left a default address. Therefore, the system automatically shipped the order on March 16.” (Yan Yan)
