Haikou Jiangdong New Area Welcomes Another Financial Leasing Company

This newspaper report (Hainan Daily All Media Reporter Liu Jiji, Correspondent Cao Liu): On March 20, China Agricultural Bank Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Agricultural Bank Leasing) completed the registration of its management-type project company—China Agricultural Bank (Hainan) Leasing Co., Ltd.—in Haikou Jiangdong New Area. This is the first financial leasing management project company established after the operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port’s customs closure, indicating that the clustering effect of the Jiangdong New Area’s financial leasing industry is accelerating.

China Agricultural Bank Leasing is the first wholly-owned domestic subsidiary established after the reform and listing of China Agricultural Bank. To support the smooth establishment of China Agricultural Bank (Hainan) Leasing Co., Ltd., the Haikou Jiangdong New Area Management Bureau provided proactive services, forming a special working group for financial leasing, assisting enterprises in communication and coordination with regulatory authorities throughout the process, optimizing key steps such as document review and process approval, enabling the enterprise to register conveniently and quickly.

From the successful “first deal” of Pudong Bank Leasing to the subsequent layout of ICBC Leasing and Huaxia Leasing, and then to the landing of China Agricultural Bank Leasing’s management project company, the ecological system of the Jiangdong New Area’s financial leasing industry is becoming increasingly complete. The park has established a service model of “special team coordination + cross-department collaboration + professional agency,” supported by a business secretary service company providing full lifecycle services from business registration to agency services. Additionally, a financial (leasing) circuit court has been set up at Meilan Court in Jiangdong Legal District, enabling leasing disputes to be “accepted locally and quickly adjudicated.”
