Abstract generation in progress

General Motors (GM) is changing its used-vehicle sales strategy in the U.S. to better compete with online retailers like Carvana. The company will discontinue its certified pre-owned program for most models and require Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC dealers to use its CarBravo platform, which launched in 2023. This move aims to improve used-vehicle flow through its network and expand inventory to include non-GM models, capitalizing on the high demand for used cars due to affordability concerns.
