Securities Daily News - On March 22, Luxiao Technology released an announcement stating that the company received a letter from Zhongshenhui Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership), due to work adjustments, the original project partner Hu Yongbo has been changed to Qian Xingyi, who will continue to complete the company's 2025 audit-related work, with other matters remaining unchanged. Due to work adjustments, the original project partner Hu Yongbo was replaced by Qian Xingyi to continue the company’s 2025 audit-related work. Other matters remain unchanged. After the change, project partner Qian Xingyi became a Chinese Certified Public Accountant in 2016, has been engaged in auditing listed companies since 2012, and has been practicing at Zhongshen Zhonghuan since 2020, with no adverse professional records in the past three years.
