The article praises the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (SBR) and describes the governor as a “staunch supporter of Crypto Assets.” Greg Abbott is expected to sign the SBR into law. Previously reported, the Texas legislature passed the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill SB 21, which passed its third reading with 101 votes in favor and 42 against, and has now been submitted to the governor’s office for signature.
