The Japanese listed company Remixpoint plans to accumulate at least 1000 BTC.

Gate News bot message, on June 5, the Japanese listed company Remixpoint announced plans to purchase a total of 1,000 or more Bitcoins (BTC) in the future.

The company currently holds about 680 Bitcoins and will raise funds to achieve this goal by issuing stock subscription rights.

As a specific plan for this financing, the company announced on June 4 that it has paid a total of 3,625,000 yen for the issuance of stock subscription rights to EVO FUND through a third-party allocation.

If EVO FUND exercises its stock subscription rights in the future and obtains funds for investment, Remixpoint plans to gradually allocate this funding for the acquisition of Bitcoin. According to the information disclosed by the company on May 19, the funds expected to be raised through the exercise of stock subscription rights amount to approximately 5.6 billion yen.
