In recent days, I have been researching possible sanctions relief and other matters that could give Iran a better chance for a full and rapid recovery - the sanctions are causing serious harm! But instead, what I received was a statement filled with anger, hatred, and disgust, so I immediately halted all work on sanctions relief. Iran must reintegrate into the world order, or their situation will only get worse. I hope the Iranian leadership understands that honey often works better than vinegar.”
