The financial technology company FIS and the structured finance platform Intain have partnered to launch the Digital Liquidity Gateway, a market utilizing blockchain technology on Avalanche (AVAX) aimed at helping regional banks and the securitization community sell loan portfolios directly to institutional investors. This platform leverages tokenization and stablecoin payments to automate transactions, reduce costs, and eliminate intermediaries.

Loans are converted into NFTs representing ownership and data, optimizing the asset-backed financial process. Integrated with FIS's core banking system, the platform allows for the management of loan data and quick payments via USDC. The project aims to support small banks in increasing liquidity, accessing capital more easily, and expanding lending capabilities.
