Tokenized lending pool deposit protocol PRIME is now live on Kamino

According to Jinse Finance, Kamino announced on the X platform that the tokenized lending pool deposit product PRIME has officially launched on Kamino. PRIME is jointly developed by Figure and Provenance Foundation, with HastraFi as the issuer, offering yield products collateralized by real estate, with an annual percentage yield (APY) of up to 8%.

Figure is the largest non-bank Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) originator in the United States, having released over $19 billion in home equity, and is listed on Nasdaq.

Figure has built the credit infrastructure behind PRIME, including licensed mortgage origination, loan servicing, and an on-chain system supporting “Democratized Prime.”

Through this infrastructure, Demo Prime brings real U.S. HELOC lending operations on-chain. A HELOC is a line of credit that homeowners can obtain using their property as collateral. PRIME tokenizes these lending activities, enabling users to directly access institutional-grade credit services within the Solana decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
