PANews January 21 News, Xinhua News Agency reporter learned from the Changning District Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration that Shanghai Xunmeng Information Technology Co., Ltd. failed to report tax-related information in accordance with the “Regulations on Tax-Related Information Reporting by Internet Platform Enterprises” and was ordered by the tax authorities to make corrections within a specified period. Although the company has carried out rectifications, it did not complete them within the prescribed timeframe. The bureau lawfully and appropriately imposed a fine of 100,000 yuan on “Pinduoduo.”
