Trump: Will impose a 25% tariff on all countries conducting trade with Iran

BlockBeats News, January 23 — According to CCTV.com, U.S. President Trump delivered a speech on Air Force One, stating that his administration is closely monitoring Iran. He warned that a “large fleet” is heading towards Iran.

When asked by reporters about the “secondary tariffs” imposed on Iran, he said that the U.S. government will impose a 25% tariff on all countries conducting trade with Iran, and this measure will take effect soon. The so-called “secondary tariffs” by Trump are not technical terms; in essence, they are a form of monetary sanctions imposed on countries that trade with nations the U.S. “disapproves of.”
