ZachXBT: Son of CMDSS CEO Possibly a Suspect in US Government Cryptocurrency Theft Case

Foresight News reports that on-chain detective ZachXBT tweeted that John Daghita, the son of CMDSS CEO Dean Daghita, may be a suspect in the US government’s cryptocurrency theft case. CMDSS has an active IT government contract in Virginia aimed at assisting the US Marshals in managing / handling seized / confiscated crypto assets. It remains unclear how John Daghita gained access from his father.

Previously, John Daghita was observed flaunting holdings of $23 million in a wallet address, which is directly linked to over $90 million allegedly stolen by the US government in 2024 and other unidentified victims from November to December 2025.
