ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi, Rushabh Amin, portfolio manager of Allspring’s global investment cross-asset solutions team, pointed out in a research report that the Fed’s current target range of 3.5% - 3.75% federal funds rate is very close to neutral levels while not further exacerbating inflationary pressures. He expects market attention to gradually shift to the appointment of the next Fed chairman, and investors generally expect the new chairman to be more inclined to cut interest rates. The market is currently widely expected to keep interest rates unchanged at this week’s monetary policy meeting.
