Base App announces a shift in product direction, focusing on creating an on-chain trading experience

BlockBeats News, February 10 — Base App announced a strategic shift to focus on building on-chain trading experiences. The information feed will now only display tradable assets and on-chain activities, and the Talk discussion section will be removed.
At the same time, Base App will gradually phase out the Creator Rewards incentive program. Over the past six months, the program has distributed over $450,000 to approximately 17,000 creators. The program will end on February 15, with the final payouts made on February 18. The official team stated that they will explore new community incentive methods in the future.
