XRPL-native yield infrastructure is moving closer to regulated U.S. Treasury-backed returns as a new partnership aims to unlock compliant, on-ledger yield for XRP and RLUSD holders while strengthening real-world asset adoption.
A partnership in blockchain finance seeks to broaden compliant yield access on the XRP Ledger. Doppler Finance, an XRPL-native yield infrastructure provider, and Openeden, a real-world asset ( RWA) platform, announced a strategic partnership on Feb. 10, 2026, focused on expanding institutional-grade RWA yield and supporting Ripple USD (RLUSD) adoption.
Details of the collaboration outline how regulated, tokenized assets will be integrated directly into XRPL-native infrastructure. The announcement states:
“Through this partnership, access to RWA-backed yield opportunities for XRP and RLUSD holders is expected to become possible by leveraging the complementary strengths of both organizations.”
The structure centers on incorporating Openeden’s tokenized U.S. Treasury products, including TBILL and the yield-bearing stablecoin USDO, into Doppler Finance’s on-chain yield protocol. This design allows XRP and RLUSD holders to pursue U.S. Treasury–backed yield without relying on off-chain institutional arrangements, while maintaining audited reserves, regulated custody, and compliance-focused operations. By positioning Doppler Finance as the on-ledger gateway, the framework connects XRPL liquidity with institutional-grade real-world assets and aims to reinforce RLUSD’s role as a stable settlement asset within the ecosystem.

Beyond immediate yield access, the partnership emphasizes longer-term ecosystem development and education around compliant real-world assets. Head of institutions Rox explained:
“By working with Openeden, we aim to help make RWA-backed yield opportunities more accessible to XRP and RLUSD holders through transparent, XRPL-native structures.”
Openeden founder and chief executive Jeremy Ng added that the collaboration prioritizes making regulated, institutional-grade RWAs composable within native blockchain environments to support XRPL’s evolution into a more robust financial settlement layer. Joint efforts are expected to include research initiatives, market education, and ecosystem-facing programs designed to deepen liquidity and enhance utility across the ledger. Together, the companies frame the partnership as a step toward connecting traditional financial instruments with blockchain-based infrastructure, advancing real-world applicability while preserving transparency, accessibility, and long-term network sustainability.
