PANews February 23 News, according to AXIOS and The New York Times, U.S. and Iran negotiators are expected to meet in Geneva on February 26 (Thursday) to discuss a detailed nuclear agreement proposal submitted by Iran. A senior U.S. official revealed that the Trump administration expects to receive the proposal by Tuesday, February 24 at the latest, and stated that this diplomatic effort may be the last chance for President Trump before considering a large-scale military action against Iran.

Meanwhile, sources disclosed that President Trump has informed his advisors that if diplomatic measures or preliminary strikes fail to force Iran to abandon its nuclear program, he will consider launching a larger-scale attack in the coming months aimed at removing Iran’s leadership. Currently, Trump is weighing various options after potential negotiations fail and is inclined to take preliminary military actions in the coming days to pressure Iran into abandoning its nuclear weapons plans. Trump told his advisors that if these actions do not persuade Iran to meet his demands, he will keep the possibility of launching a military strike later this year.

Earlier reports indicate that U.S. media: if Iran quickly submits a nuclear plan, U.S.-Iran talks are expected to be held on Friday.
