On October 1st, Jinshi Data, Macau’s first two-way eight-lane cross-sea bridge, the Macau Bridge, was officially opened to traffic. This is the fourth cross-sea bridge connecting the Macau Peninsula to Taipa, and it is a landmark livelihood project in Macau. The main line of the bridge is about 3.1 kilometers long, with the cross-sea section about 2.9 kilometers long, and two navigable bridge spans with a span of 280 meters. The main line of the bridge is designed with eight lanes in both directions, with the middle two lanes designated for electric bicycles.
