Jinshi data news on December 17th, Miaokalando announced that the company and Modern Animal Husbandry had originally planned to jointly invest in the establishment of “Haoduobull Animal Husbandry Technology Development Co., Ltd.”, with a registered capital of 510 million yuan. The company subscribed for 204 million yuan and held 40% equity of the joint venture company. On December 17, 2024, Modern Animal Husbandry decided not to proceed with the plan to jointly invest in the establishment of the joint venture company with the company, so this joint investment matter was terminated. As the joint venture company was not finally established, the company did not actually contribute to the joint venture company, and this termination will not have a substantial impact on the company’s financial condition and production and operation activities.
