DTTM Operations LLC, which manages all of Trump Organization’s trademarks, applied to the United States Patent and Trademark Office on February 24, 2025, to secure the name “TRUMP” for a series of virtual and digital products with application number (USPTO).

The commercial trademark application made on the basis of ‘intent to use’ indicates that the Trump Organization plans commercial activities under the brand in the digital domain. Among the proposed offers is a virtual world branded TRUMP where users can participate in various immersive experiences.

Trump’s new metaverse and NFT project is rumored to be called the “Megaverse”.

According to the filing, in this digital environment, users will be able to buy and wear TRUMP-branded virtual clothing, including shoes and hats. The filing also outlines plans for a TRUMP-branded virtual restaurant that offers a simulated dining experience.

The Trump Organization is planning to expand into the virtual world beyond fashion and food, into education and professional development areas. In its trademark application, education services branded TRUMP are listed in many sectors including public service, business, citizenship knowledge, fundraising, real estate, construction, and accommodation management.

Perhaps the most striking aspect of the application is the mention of a digital marketplace. The proposed platform will allow users to engage in limited content digital goods and cryptocurrency transactions verified through non-fungible tokens (NFTs) authorized by the 45th and 47th President of the United States.
