Gates Foundation Reviewing Historical Ties to Epstein, Expects Progress Report This Summer

Gate News message, April 22 — The Gates Foundation announced on April 21 that it commissioned an external organization in March to assess its past collaboration with Jeffrey Epstein and review its policies for developing new charitable partnerships. The evaluation was initiated with the support of Foundation Chair Bill Gates and independent board members, and was directed by CEO Mark Suzman.

The assessment is currently underway, with the Foundation’s board and management expected to receive a progress report by summer 2026.
