Gate News message, April 19 — Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant stated that despite the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon, Israeli forces will deploy their full military power if faced with any threat. Gallant and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have instructed Israeli ground and air forces to prioritize the protection of Israeli troops currently deployed in Lebanon.

Israeli forces plan to demolish houses in villages near the Israel-Lebanon border, which the military considers forward positions of Hezbollah and potential security threats to Israeli communities.
