Gate News: On March 23, MoonPay announced the launch of the open-source wallet standard Open Wallet Standard (OWS). This standard is built on its non-custodial software layer MoonPay Agents, introduced in February, and aims to address the lack of a wallet standard layer in the AI economy, enabling AI Agents to use a unified wallet across protocols and chains. OWS supports multiple blockchain ecosystems including Ethereum, Solana, and Bitcoin. In terms of security, OWS uses encrypted key management, with private keys only decrypted temporarily during transaction signing and then cleared from memory. The standard is currently available on GitHub, npm, and PyPI.
