#数字资产市场动态 $ARPA Suddenly thought of a question—when the global trade and economic landscape begins to change dramatically, risk aversion sentiments will surge wildly.

Recent events are quite surreal. On the 20th, Trump made another move, imposing a 200% tariff on French wine and champagne, while maintaining his stance on Greenland. This move instantly triggered a risk-off rally. Spot gold surged straight up, with an intraday increase of over 0.8%, breaking through the $4,700 per ounce mark and hitting a new all-time high.

In fact, there were early signs. When the announcement was made on the 17th, it already hinted at this—on February 1st, a 10% tariff would be imposed on U.S. imports from Denmark, France, Germany, and other eight countries, and by June 1st, the tariffs would be raised further to 25%, until the U.S. reaches a comprehensive acquisition agreement on Greenland. This tariff escalation targeting French wine is like adding fuel to the fire in the trade game.

Interestingly, as soon as this policy shock appeared, risk assets in the global financial markets became highly sought after. Panic spread, and funds continuously flowed into gold.

The current situation is a tangled web of geopolitical risks and trade conflicts. Can gold continue to rise? What other market variables might be triggered by this tariff storm? Are there any other opportunities on the risk-averse track that you are optimistic about?

Tariffs 200%? Haha, that's a joke. This guy really dares to do it. I already bought in when gold broke 4700, and now it just feels comfortable to watch.

Gold has already broken through 4700, and you still want to continue? The Greenland issue is truly incredible; the trade war has escalated to wine, reaching a level of surrealism at most.
