GRAYSCALE FILES FOR NEAR SPOT ETF IN THE U.S.

#Grayscale has officially submitted an S-1 filing with the #SEC to launch a #NEAR spot ETF, signaling growing institutional interest beyond $BTC and $ETH.

The proposed product, Grayscale Near Trust (ticker: GSNR), is set to list on #NYSE Arca and will directly hold $NEAR, with creations and redemptions available in NEAR or cash. #Coinbase is named as both custodian and prime broker.

If approved, this would mark another step in expanding spot crypto ETFs into Layer 1 ecosystems — and puts NEAR on the radar of traditional capital markets.
