Bitcoin spot ETF saw nearly $500 million net outflow yesterday, with Grayscale and Fidelity leading the decline

Abstract generation in progress

【BlockBeats】On-chain data monitoring shows that on January 21, the US Bitcoin spot ETF experienced a significant outflow of funds. The net outflow for the day reached $479.7 million, reflecting recent market adjustment pressures.

Among major mainstream products, fund flows are clearly diverging. The outflow from Grayscale GBTC was the most notable, with a net outflow of $160.8 million; Fidelity FBTC followed closely, with an outflow of $152.1 million. Although BlackRock IBIT is one of the largest Bitcoin spot ETF products in the market, it also experienced an outflow of $56.9 million. Additionally, Bitwise BITB saw an outflow of $40.4 million, ARK ARKB outflow was $46.4 million, Franklin EZBC and VanEck HODL respectively saw outflows of $10.4 million and $12.7 million.

This round of fund outflows may reflect investors’ differing views on current prices or institutional strategy adjustments. It is worth noting that although the daily outflow scale is large, such volatility is not uncommon in the history of Bitcoin spot ETFs, and the market remains in a phase of oscillation and bottoming out.

Grayscale is running again. With such a large outflow, it feels like something's going to happen. --- No, nearly $500 million a day? That must scare a lot of people. --- The outflow from GBTC is outrageous. Is it really time to switch tracks? --- Fidelity is also following suit. Are the big brothers all giving up? --- Looking at this trend, when will the adjustment be over? --- Here we go again. Every time, by the time I get out, I have no bullets left. --- Although BlackRock is the biggest, it also experienced outflows. What does that mean? --- It feels like the whole market is being shaken out. Let's wait and see if we can catch the bottom.

Grayscale and Fidelity, what are they up to... Are they really rushing to run away? --- Here we go again, every time there's a large outflow, I have to go through a mental preparation. --- IBIT held up a bit, but the others... forget it, I won't look anymore. --- Nearly 500 million, the pressure really feels a bit overwhelming. --- Why does Grayscale always crash first? This guy is really outrageous. --- BlackRock didn't run too much and is actually okay, but this trend looks uncomfortable. --- Is this what they call "adjustment pressure"? Feels like they're making excuses. --- With so much outflow, if it drops further, I’ll have to run too. --- Fidelity FBTC is closely following Grayscale; both big brothers are not optimistic. --- Looking at this data... it probably needs to fluctuate for a while longer. --- ARKB didn't escape either; it seems everyone is nervous inside.

Grayscale and Fidelity are cutting the leeks? This pace doesn't seem right... --- Adjusting pressure? I think someone is fleeing lol --- Nearly 500 million outflow... Is it another "good opportunity" rhythm? Get lost --- BlackRock IBIT is actually running too, now this is interesting --- By the way, is this clearing out or preparing for bottom-fishing? --- Grayscale bleeding the most severely, turns out institutions are also scared --- Net ETF outflow = market panic or institutions are shaking out? Hard to say --- Looking at Fidelity's operations... feels not good, everyone --- Only 479 million? Much less than I thought --- This wave of withdrawal... I should have sold yesterday if I had known

Grayscale is bleeding again, and this time so aggressively? It feels like the prelude to a major event. --- With so much capital outflow, are institutions looking for cheaper chips again? --- It seems I'm not the only one trying to clear positions before bottoming out. --- GBTC is so expensive and keeps running; it was about time to switch to IBIT. --- It indicates that the bottom hasn't arrived yet, just at the beginning. --- Is the issue with Grayscale GBTC's fundamentals or is the market really bearish? --- Capital outflows during a sharp decline are quite normal, right? Maybe we should think in the opposite direction. --- Fidelity is also experiencing outflows? Feels like the next round is coming.

Gray scale is bleeding again, and this time the adjustment is quite aggressive. Fidelity is following closely, so are institutions all cutting losses? Wait, did BlackRock also can't hold? That's getting interesting. With such strong adjustment pressure, hasn't the bottom been reached yet? This time it's really about shaking out the weak hands, or is it really going to drop? It looks uncomfortable.
