For someone like me, many things are not about effort or not.

I strongly dislike people telling me to work hard, especially those vague statements like, "work hard to make money" or "work hard to study." It sounds really stupid.
If something requires effort to do, then compared to those who do it effortlessly, you're falling behind. What does effortless mean? It means doing it without emotional attachment, being able to do it continuously.
And if you keep doing something, doing it happily, working tirelessly, and get feedback from it, once you receive that sense of satisfaction, you won't feel like you're exerting effort.
Look at He Bi, Teacher He’s recent updates—ordering meals, cooking, working out, sending kids, even during rest times—he’s always working. How about that? Envious, right? It’s truly enjoyable, and you can’t stop for a moment.
Usually, when I come up with an idea or am influenced by others, I consider whether to do it. The motivation to act comes entirely from whether I’ve thought it through clearly or been brainwashed successfully. And yet, my mind is filled with many ideas, but I always hesitate to take action.
Later, I realized that the reason these things haven't progressed or been implemented is often because I haven't thought it through clearly. More often, it’s due to fear—fear of uncertainty, fear of imperfection.
But there are ways to solve this.
The core method I’m about to share allows you to push things forward without effort, leveraging the brain’s addictive nature and positive feedback.
Usually, what we see in others’ efforts isn’t really effort at all, because during the process, they feel great—like winning a game. There’s also a kind of effort where you see no results at all—that’s another story.
To push things forward effortlessly, I think there are a few facts worth sharing.
1: Observe how well outstanding people perform and absorb that into yourself. Specifically, look at the wallets of your favorite KOLs, see what they’re doing and how they’re doing it. Compare their buy and sell times with their public tweets.
2: Minimize attempts. Participate in projects you like, such as placing a few orders, chatting with project team members on Discord, or DMing big influencers—ask directly what you want to know. You’ll always get positive feedback in this process. It’s brainwashing for the brain.
3: Once you get positive feedback, repeat, repeat, and repeat until you achieve the final result.
4: Maintain a healthy diet, reduce refined carbs, and quit sugar.
5: Walking is very important. If you don’t exercise, at least walk for over 30 minutes.
6: Never doubt yourself. For example, today I don’t want to work on projects, so I play games. I just go ahead and play games. Sometimes, maybe the people around you tell you to stop playing games—what’s so good about gaming? No, don’t listen to them; stay away from them. Because your body needs happiness.
