I am hereby submitting a formal complaint regarding the snapshot process and 1:1 token swap of Piggycell $PIGGY $PIGGY(.
I am aware that an announcement was published on the official channel informing that eligibility for the 1:1 swap would be linked to a snapshot taken on 05/12 at 13:00 UTC. I do not contest the existence of this announcement nor the technical definition of the snapshot.
However, the way this information was communicated contains serious and objective flaws:
1. The announcement was published exclusively on official channels )e.g.: Telegram(, with no guarantee that buyers via exchanges or other means were aware of this critical information before purchasing the token.
2. After the date and time of the snapshot, the token continued to be traded normally, without any visible warning to buyers that subsequent purchases would not be eligible for migration or 1:1 swap.
3. At no point was there a clear and unequivocal alert indicating that buying the token after the snapshot would mean being permanently excluded from the migration process.
4. The language used in the announcement is technical )“snapshot”(, without a clear and straightforward explanation for the general public about the practical consequences of purchasing after this event.
5. There was no public guidance requesting exchanges to alert their users or suspend trading to prevent harm to uninformed buyers.
Additionally, attempts to contact support did not result in an adequate response, which worsens the perception of lack of transparency and care for affected users.
Therefore, I request:
• A formal position on the project's informational responsibility regarding buyers after the snapshot;
• Clarification on what measures have been taken to prevent users from purchasing a token without migration rights;
• Evaluation of any alternatives, compensation, or solutions for users who acquired the token after the snapshot without clear notice of the consequences.

This complaint does not question the existence of the snapshot but rather the inadequate and disproportionate communication regarding the financial impact caused.
