#特朗普向欧洲实施关税措施 According to industry sources, American fast-food chain Steak 'n Shake announced an interesting new feature: starting from March, all hourly employees at their stores can receive $BTC payments by the hour. Specifically, for each hour worked, employees will receive an additional amount of Bitcoin worth $0.21. However, this Bitcoin is not immediately accessible; employees must wait for a two-year lock-up period before they can withdraw it. The entire program is a collaboration with the Bitcoin incentive app Fold.

There is a larger context behind this move. Steak 'n Shake has previously invested $10 million directly into Bitcoin as part of the company's strategic reserve asset planning. In other words, this fast-food chain is not only embracing $BTC as an asset allocation but also trying to integrate it into their daily employee incentive system.

From a broader perspective, such operations by traditional industry giants are becoming increasingly common. They indicate that Bitcoin is gradually evolving from a purely speculative asset into an enterprise-level application tool, whether for financial reserves or incentive mechanisms. Employees can also directly access on-chain assets, which may help promote cryptocurrency awareness.

You can only withdraw after locking for two years? Isn't this just a disguised way of deducting wages? It's already 9102, and you're still playing this trick.

Do you have to lock it for two years to withdraw? Isn't this a disguised way of freezing wages? It sounds like stock options. How much trust do workers need to have in this company?

Really? It takes two years to withdraw? Isn't this just a disguised way to suppress wages, giving employees false promises...
