Additionally, Europe and the US are scheduled to hold a summit on the 22nd to discuss this matter. If both sides dig in, it could be as severe as the turmoil seen in February last year.

The second factor is even more painful—Japan suddenly sold off a large amount of bonds, and this shockwave directly transmitted to the US bond market. Many institutions and hedge funds were forced to close positions to cut losses, causing risk aversion to spike instantly. Looking at the rise in precious metals, everything points to the same issue.
